- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FitHub platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using FitHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Only gym owners and authorized representatives are eligible to register and use the FitHub application. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- FitHub allows gym owners to upload existing member.
Only authorized admin can perform data import actions. Member data is strictly protected, securely stored, and not used or shared for any other purpose. Data encryption is currently in progress to further enhance protection. - FitHub currently offers a free trial with core functionality. Additional subscription plans may be introduced in the future, unlocking advanced features and insights. Access will depend on your selected plan.
- You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any unauthorized activities, including tampering, data extraction, or harm to the platform.
- FitHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications about major changes.
- Users must provide accurate information during registration and ensure that all member data uploaded is valid and up-to-date.
- All content, branding, and software associated with FitHub is the intellectual property of the business and cannot be reproduced or used without permission.
- FitHub may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways. Users agree to abide by those third-party terms as well.
- FitHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any user is found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent or malicious activities.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. FitHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to user accounts.
- Users will be billed in accordance with the subscription plan they select. All charges are clearly displayed before confirmation of any paid plan.
- FitHub may enhance, update, or discontinue certain features or services without prior notice, while ensuring existing services remain stable during transitions.
- Any suggestions, feedback, or feature requests submitted to FitHub may be used without compensation or obligation to the user.

Privacy Policy
- We collect gym owner details such as name, email, phone number, and gym-related information.
- Member data uploaded by gym owners may include name, plan, payments, and activity history.
- All stored data is kept secure with strict access controls. No one can access.
- Data encryption is under implementation to further secure sensitive member information.
- No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third-party service or business.
- Privacy policies will be updated as new features are added and users will be notified accordingly.
- Member and gym owner data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of providing services.
- No personal or sensitive data is shared with third parties without consent.
- FitHub reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. All significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Refund Policy
- FitHub offers a 15-days free trial for all new gym owner accounts.
- Since a trial is provided, no refund is applicable after a paid plan is activated.
- When new subscription plans are introduced, each will include clearly defined refund policies (if any).
- For any accidental or duplicate payment issues, users can contact support at fithub72@gmail.com or +91 6302266747 within 7 days of the transaction.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Ownership Disclosure
- This website and web application, FitHub, is owned and operated by Shaik Sohail Hussain as a sole proprietorship, registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India. All services and operations offered through FitHub are managed under this ownership.
